Free includes 3 AI parses per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Pro Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime all include unlimited parsing. See the app for current prices and available plans.
No. Updating preserves this month’s usage. If you have used 3 or more parses, your remaining allowance is 0. Your free allowance resets next calendar month, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited parsing.
Open Mine → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase.
Set the date and time separately. Turning off Set Time keeps the date; turning off Set Date also removes the specific time and repeat settings. Undated todos appear in Unscheduled. Rescheduling an overdue todo requires a date.
Selections are saved locally and survive normal updates. With Pro and app iCloud sync enabled, uniquely matching lists sync asynchronously between devices using the same Apple account. Set local calendars or indistinguishable duplicate lists on each device.
Smart Planner displays and manages existing events and tasks. Full access is required to read, create, edit, complete, delete and synchronize these items.
Open iPhone Settings, find Smart Planner, then enable full access for Calendars and Reminders. Return to the app and reopen the permissions section if the status does not update immediately.
Smart Planner requests widget reloads after changes, but iOS controls the final refresh timing. Open the app once and confirm Calendar and Reminders permissions are still enabled.
These are incomplete reminders without a due date. Use the Unscheduled entry in Plan to assign dates, edit or delete them.
Use Mine → Subscription in Smart Planner, or open iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Troubleshooting
Events or todos are missing
- Check Calendar and Reminders permissions.
- Open Calendar list selection and enable the required lists.
- Pull to refresh or use the refresh button.
AI parsing fails
- Check your internet connection.
- Try a shorter, more explicit sentence.
- Confirm your monthly usage or subscription status (Free: 3 AI parses per calendar month, resetting on the 1st).
